Past eventLow Dose, Big Gains
You've heard about psychedelic therapy. But have you heard about psycholytic psychedelic therapy? It's not about going deep into an altered state β it's about going just far enough. A psycholytic (lower-dose) approach uses psychedelics to create a gentle, non-ordinary state of mind. You stay in your body, and with a therapist by your side, the usual walls come down just enough to make real therapeutic work possible.
Past eventThe Gap and the Bridge: Canadaβs First Psychedelic Legislation, U.S. Acceleration, Canadian Access, and What Might Come Next
In this webinar, we will discuss what current North American legislative moves mean for access and the future, as well as review the current legal, above-ground pathways that already exist in Canada. The current pathways are not always simple to navigate. Canadian clinicians and researchers can access regulatory approval to offer psychedelic-assisted therapy through clinical trials and established treatment programs. Access is possible, happening, and growing.

Advocacy is meaningful β and exhausting. The stress and emotional weight that comes with fighting for diversity, inclusion, and visibility is real, and it deserves to be acknowledged. This free virtual event is our way of honouring that work and offering a gentle moment to breathe and recharge. Jacque Lovely, VP Operations at ATMA CENA, will host holotropic breathwork coaches Jack Bowering and Wendy Myshak for a guided meditation experience open to everyone.

Past eventIntroduction to Internal Family Systems & Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS), developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, offers a clear and structured framework for working with the βpartsβ that emerge in therapy. Rather than pathologizing symptoms, IFS understands each part as having a protective intention. Healing occurs when clients access Self energy, a grounded state characterized by calm, clarity, compassion, and curiosity. This live, virtual training introduces the foundations of IFS and explores how it can be thoughtfully applied across preparation, in session work, and integration therapy.
