Concerns may be brought forward by a patient or complainant, living, or deceased, or a person acting on behalf of a patient, and expressed verbally, or in writing to any individual within the organization; including but not limited to a staff member, a contractor, a member of the medical team, the CEO, or Board Chair for ATMA CENA Psychedelic Healthcare Solutions.

ATMA CENA Psychedelic Healthcare Solutions shall make reasonable efforts to acknowledge that the complaint has been received within 24 hours of being notified.
