Dr. Joy ND gained a foundation for critical thinking in the Arts and Science program at McMaster University. She then completed a four year doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) Toronto, an additional certification in prescribing and a residency at CCNM. Following her residency, Dr. Joy ND worked as a part-time faculty member at CCNM: training students and managing research projects. She has maintained a private clinical practice since 2019. Originally from Delhi Ontario, she is excited to be a part of the healthcare team at ATMA CENA in London!
Currently, Dr. Joy is offering In-Person Naturopathic Medicine in London, and virtual Naturopathic Medicine serving London and Toronto (GTA).
Jared is a registered massage therapist with a passion for all things involving movement. He has experience as an educator within the massage industry and approaches treatment from an evidence based perspective. His primary focus involves a refined approach to assessing and treating myofascial and connective tissue restrictions and dysfunction. This approach is rooted in the goal of regulating an overstimulated nervous system and restoring movement to chronically restricted tissue; an issue that most of us are living with these days. In addition to this, Jared has experience working within a sports injury clinic where he utilized his knowledge to assess and treat both chronic and acute injuries and conditions.

YOUR NATUROPATHY JOURNEY

INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Our Naturopathic Doctor will take the time to understand your health concerns, history, and wellness goals. We will also take over an hour to hear your story and review all connected symptoms and body systems. This is your opportunity to ask questions and learn how naturopathic care can support you

STRATEGY SESSION
In this session, we'll develop your personalized health strategy by exploring your health journey and understanding how your symptoms interconnect. We'll work together to create solutions that align with your wellness goals.

CHECK-IN SESSION(S)
A check-in to help keep you on track. This session is designed to clarify your current strategy and help trouble shoot any obstacles so that you can be successful! If you have a new health concern or need a new strategy, book a 1-hour strategy session instead.

BODY WORK SESSION(S)
A combination of physical techniques such as: acupuncture, cupping, myofascial release and massage. Treatments will be customized in each session according to your needs, preferences, and goals.
