Cancellation policy
At ATMA CENA, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, affecting your ability to keep your scheduled appointments. To ensure that we can continue providing exceptional care and make our services accessible to as many people as possible, we kindly ask our clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling their program appointments. By doing so, we can offer the available time slot to another individual in need of care.
Please note that appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in a fee. This policy enables us to prioritize your well-being while ensuring that all our clients receive the dedicated care and attention they deserve.
