Working in the social work field, I’ve found providing a strength and holistic health based approach to counselling and psychotherapy services has helped both me and my clients grow, harmonize and evolve.
Throughout my own holistic health journey, which impacted my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being, I was able to find the healing power of trauma-informed therapy and plant-medicine, which is why I am eager to share this opportunity with others.
I have a passion for supporting clients using traditional psychotherapy combined with complementary alternative modalities that fit where they are at in their individual journey. I have training in different traditional therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Traumatic Incident Reduction and Emotion-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I have certifications in Traumatology, Addictions and Substance Abuse, Mood Disorders, ADHD and am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I have recently completed my Advance Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy training through ATMA and looking forward to other treatment modalities using plant-medicines.
I am also co-owner and operator of New Earth Wellness Centre, offering the services of the Harmonic Eggs which are large elliptical chambers that uses 360 degrees of spiraling sound frequencies, vibration, light, colour and sacred geometry to restore the body’s intuitive capacity to restore and rebalance. This precise, consistent form of bioresonance therapy seeks to bring the nervous system back into balance by allowing the user to reach the delta-theta brain wave state, promoting a deep experience of relaxation.

I appreciate that reaching out for support and help can be hard and at times overwhelming. Are you experiencing issues in life, and do not don’t know how to approach them, where to even start, or who to reach out to? Do you have past experiences which do not let you move on with your life? Sometimes life gives us more than we can handle alone, and we don’t know how to cope. Are you ready to begin exploring and healing from your trauma?
I help clients explore and process life challenges in a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental way. I have training in many different therapeutic modalities so I can best tailor an approach to the unique needs of individuals drawing from my knowledge of Solution Based Counselling, CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I have worked with individuals with varying types of mental health needs, which have included anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, life transitions, trauma, and relationship issues in all its forms.
I believe in meeting a person where they are, and fostering a supportive space for personal discovery and growth. By understanding yourself and allowing you to best appreciate your uniqueness, regardless of age, background, or experience, allows you to slowly let go of the internal struggle, many of us face.
In working with me, I aspire to create an environment where clients can explore their life up to this point and rediscover the best version of themselves – the joy in the process of rediscovering who you truly are. I was told very early in my own journey that “you can either cry in the storm or dance in the rain”. There truly is a time for both, and that you can do neither without an understanding of yourself and the world around us. I look forward to meeting you and being the curious passenger on your unique journey.
Are you ready to begin your journey? Let’s explore this together.Therapist

I understand how deeply personal and overwhelming it can be to navigate the changes in your body, mind, and emotions after experiencing trauma, whether from work or personal life. I’m here to help you make sense of these changes—whether physical, emotional, or cognitive—and guide you through them with care and understanding.
I use a compassionate and holistic approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Clinical Hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. These methods can help you better understand your thoughts and feelings in the moment, allowing you to find a path toward healing and change.
For those struggling with long-standing conditions like PTSD, depression, anxiety, or addiction, I also offer support through psychedelic-assisted therapy, using ketamine and psilocybin. These treatments have shown great promise in easing emotional pain and suffering, especially for those who may feel like they’ve tried everything else without success.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the unique challenges faced by front-line responders, military personnel, veterans, or members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I want you to know—I see you, and I understand.
As we get older, we often find ourselves reflecting on our lives and looking for ways to change old patterns, heal emotional wounds, or reconnect with our sense of worth and purpose. I offer a safe and supportive space to explore these feelings, allowing you to strengthen your relationship with yourself and embrace your future with greater peace and understanding.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, thoughts, and beliefs to help you achieve your goals. Hypnotherapy can help you reconnect with your inner voice and foster positive thoughts, while psychedelic therapy with ketamine and psilocybin can tap into your subconscious to facilitate deep healing. I’m here to walk with you every step of the way, with patience, empathy, and care.
Therapist
Over the course of several years, my desire and my pursuit to seek out opportunities to expand my knowledge has strengthened. Starting my career working alongside individuals with substance use issues and mood disorders, I later began to appreciate that many of these behaviors stemmed from histories involving trauma. Trauma internally often threatens a person’s sense of safety, and it is not what might be considered ‘significant’ by external or others standards. As I began to learn more about this phenomena, which affects so many, I shifted my focus to safely revisiting traumatic events, bringing them to the surface, and processing them.
My approach includes a mix of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Additionally, I incorporate narrative therapy to help clients reconstruct the negative inner narratives, as I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to trauma treatment.
Often, our brains hide the most traumatic memories to protect us from pain and this is why the blending of both talk therapy and somatic interventions are essential to help clients heal. This process of suppression requires significant energy, which often leads to feelings of being overwhelmed, by even minor tasks or challenges. By using a blend of both talk and somatic therapy, which helps to release trauma stored in various parts of ones body, I help teach clients tools which they can use every day to help them when outside of therapy, such as breathing exercises, meditation, and vagus nerve activation.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is another modality of care, which can be a powerful tool in this healing process. Depending on the type of medicine used, it has the potential to foster empathy, self-compassion, and helps look at trauma from a “safe bubble” perspective. As a response to avoid fear and pain, trauma causes emotions to become frozen. Safe use of psychedelics can assist clients in reconnecting with these emotions and facilitating their release, which is why I and so many joined the Atma Cena team.
I frequently work with veterans and first responders, drawing on their extensive experiences in addressing and identifying how their experiences manifest into symptoms of PTSD, complex PTSD (cPTSD), and moral injury. Even though these individuals are a population I gravitate to, I welcome individuals from all walks of life who are interested in starting their journey towards healing.

I have been practicing private counseling since 2013, utilizing a blend of internal family systems (IFS) and relational therapy. My approach is rooted in the belief that within each of us are inner children in need of healing. As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand that many of our dysfunctional behaviors stem from maladaptive coping strategies we developed earlier in life to survive. We are not broken; we are wounded, and with the right support, we can heal.
I believe psychedelics offer a powerful tool for transforming thoughts into intrinsic beliefs, moving us from the theoretical to deeply internalized, experiential knowledge. Psychedelics can unlock the root causes of suffering, allowing individuals to recognize and shift the deeply ingrained patterns of feeling, thinking, and behaving that keep them stuck.
I prioritize creating a space of empathetic presence where clients feel encouraged to explore their inner wisdom and intuitive knowing. Many of my clients have appreciated my genuine, compassionate approach, noting that they feel valued, seen, and fully accepted. Central to my work is building a trusting, non-directive, client-driven relationship, where listening comes first and healing can unfold naturally.
